halo Non Bio MD in Marathon Task halo MD Paul Ward, is in training for this year's Great Manchester Run. This tough 10k run is sponsored by BUPA and a chance to test the 43 year old's fitness plus a chance to raise much needed funds for The Stroke Association. Many people are effected by strokes every year, including the sufferers family so hopefully the ex-Army medic raises enough cash to really help this worthwhile Charity. If you can, please give generously via Paul's 'Just Giving' page at http://www.justgiving.com/Paul-Ward10
