Prices and Tax
The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
NHS 15% Discount
Discounts are only valid on Web site orders, all bulk orders must either be faxed or emailed. NHS Purchase Orders are excepted, but will priced as bulk, please phone or email for details.
Special Offer (15% for life) Halo Testimonials
This offer is only open to the individuals who received the Special Offer Email dated 9/11/2010 and is not transferable to any other individuals. The Email only refers to Halo and/or Halo Proactive Sportswash in 1ltr bottles and cannot be used for any other products on the website. The 15% offer will only take effect if testimonials are posted before 16/11/2010 all testimonials after this date will not be eligible for the special offer discount.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not satisfied or decide not to purchase the goods once payment has been processed you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies minus 15% handling charge and delivery charge of your order or replacement goods, please be aware that any items not reported within 5 working days and are not in excepatable condition a refund will not be accecpted. The information on how. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.
Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Dispatch and Ordering Policy
Goods are variable postage and dispatched via courier. If we are unable to dispatch you order within 1-5 working days we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Special order items
Special order items are dispatched within 5 working days
Delivery charge is free on orders over £40.00 ex vat, all orders below £40.00 ex vat will be charged at a variable postage rate. (UK mainland)
Paragon PE Ltd delivery outside UK mainland - All deliveries outside the UK mainland will carry a delivery charge, this will be calculated on completed order.
